ONLINE WAIVER

All participants must have a waiver filled out by their parent/legal guardian prior to participating in any type of Aerial Challenge Arena birthday party, team-building, or class.

DETAILS:

*Individuals over the age of 18, must complete and sign their own waiver.

 

*All waivers must be signed online electronically.

We no longer have paper waivers available for use.

​

*To speed up check in time, we highly recommend participants fill out the waiver at home prior to arriving at our facility.

​

*Children ages 0-3 will not be allowed past our lobby area for safety reasons.

​

*WE have multiple locations, please take note of the location on your party invitation.
